Successful testing of a vaccine treated cocaine addiction

University of California scientists found that preventing the activity of hormone-linked sense of hunger may lead to treat cocaine addiction.

And scientists have discovered that the hormone (melanin-concentrating hormone) works with (dopamine) centers of the brain of happiness and fun to create a response to a cocaine addiction and to prevent its activity leads to the urge to identify and therefore treat cocaine addiction.

And scientists believe that the hormone (MCH) work area (nucleus accumbens) the brain to increase the feeling of pleasure when eating, and that when increasing the level of the hormone (MCH) also increases brain dopamine signals.

And scientists conducted tests on mice with cocaine addiction, where they discovered the high level of hormone (MCH) and dopamine that at preventing activity (MCH), the symptoms of addiction ends at the increased level of hormone (MCH) also increases brain dopamine signals.

And scientists say that this discovery will help treat cocaine addiction may also help treat addiction to some other compounds such as (amphetamines) and (nicotine).
